Happy Birthday Sarah Roemer

Sarah Roemer or Sarah Christian Roemer was born in San Diego, California on August 28th, 1984. She is a mixture of different ancestries majorly being German, English, Scots-Irish and Scottish. She has a brother who is two years older than her. Roemer began dating Michael Murray in 2014, got married in January 2015 and, gave birth to their first child on May 31, 2015.

She began modeling at the age of 15, while she was discovered buying coffee at a local-7 eleven and, models for CCS catalogs. She at the age of 15 even used to breed mice and, did moved away from her family to New York at the age of 17.

She made her screen debut from the movie The Grudge 2 portraying as Lacey kimble; a high school student and cheerleader. She also played the role of Rachel in the movie Wristcutters: A Love Story. She is known for her roles in the films titled: The Grudge 2, Disturbia, Fired Up and, also for the television series titled The Event.

She also played a significant role in Asylum, romantic comedy The Con Artist, Hachi: A Dog’s Tale which was an American adaptation of the original Japanese film titled Hachiko Mongotari. Other than these movies she even made her presence felt in the music video for Come Back to me sung by David Cook.

In April 2007, she did a feature article for GQ magazine, where she discussed about Asylum. In her other interviews, she has also mentioned her likes for horses and surfing. The one most important gadget which Roemer can’t live without is her cellphone which she even confessed on the Space Meat Interview, and she even considers herself to be the only person alive in California who still enjoys country music.

Roemer even tried sitting on the producer’s chair as she served the role of associate producer for the film Locked In which released in 2010, and even played the role of Emma Sawyer. She became a part of dramas too like: Waking Madison and, The Event. Though Roemer in her career has not been able to get any awards till date, but she did got nominated for the movie Disturbia in 2008 under the category of Best Kiss.
